Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Newestapps handles data on this website and in internal tools that access third-party accounts with the account owner's authorization. Questions and requests: [email protected].
This website
The website is static: it has no forms, sign-up, first-party cookies, tracking or advertising tools. The contact button only opens your email app; if you write to us, we use your message only to reply.
The hosting and delivery providers may log technical visit data, such as IP address and browser, and set strictly necessary cookies for security and abuse protection.
StudioZero Metrics
StudioZero Metrics is an internal Newestapps tool and is not offered to the public. It reads performance metrics from channels operated by Newestapps itself, and only after the account owner authorizes access.
Data accessed
- YouTube, read-only (
youtube.readonlyandyt-analytics.readonly): channel identification, video list and metrics such as views, watch time and retention. - Instagram (
instagram_business_basicandinstagram_business_manage_insights): basic professional account data and post metrics such as reach and views.
The tool does not publish, edit or delete content, and does not access messages or individual followers' data.
Use
The metrics are used only for internal performance reports about Newestapps' own channels. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Newestapps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Access tokens are kept in an encrypted password vault, never in plain text. Metrics are stored in the system's private database, with no public access.
Revocation and deletion
The account owner can revoke access at any time: for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Instagram, under Settings → Apps and websites. To request deletion of data already collected, write to [email protected].
Third-party services
By authorizing access to YouTube, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
